We are recruiting trainees to learn practical skills and ways of living in harmony with nature, primarily through garden design and land regeneration projects.
At Masumo Garden Design Office, we are committed to creating spaces that utilize the natural cycle, including garden design that regulates the flow of water and air, environmental restoration, maintenance around old houses, rice paddies, and grass cutting.
On-site, you'll learn by actually getting your hands dirty and doing things.
Experience is not required,
We welcome those interested in living and working in nature, and creating sustainable spaces.

[Application Requirements]
・People who are in good physical and mental health
・Someone who has respect for nature and is serious about learning.
・Someone who can take good care of their belongings
・People who have the physical stamina to work outdoors for long hours during the summer
- We are looking for someone who can live in a communal living situation (in a traditional Japanese house or a private house dormitory).
・People who can rest even in a sleeping bag or on the floor when traveling for business.
- Individuals who can live independently (including cooking, cleaning, and other personal care).
・Someone who can take good care of their belongings and tools.

Six months from July to December
[Regarding fees]
Please come for the first month as a trial.
*Rent and utilities are not included, but you will need to cover your own food expenses as you will be cooking your own meals.
After the second month, it is possible to transition to a paid training staff position upon consultation.
*Once you become a paid employee, you will be responsible for rent and utilities.
